How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, please email us from your registered email address at:

Subject line: Delete My Account - RDM Insight
Please mention your full name and registered email in the request for identity verification.

What Happens Next?

• We will verify your identity and initiate the deletion process within 3–5 business days.
• Once your account is deleted, all associated data including test history, progress, and subscription status will be permanently removed.
• This process is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account once it has been deleted.
